Troubleshooting steps if your booking doesn't appear in your dashboard.

If you've completed a booking but can't see it in your dashboard, there are a few things to check.
Common causes
- Payment is still processing
- You're logged into a different account
- The booking is under a different email address
- The page needs refreshing

Check your email
Look for a booking confirmation. If you received one, your booking exists in our system.

Verify your account
Ensure you're logged into the same account used during booking.

Check payment status
Review your bank statement to confirm the payment was successful.

Contact support
If the booking still doesn't appear after 30 minutes, contact our team with your confirmation email.
Bookings typically appear within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
