6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We charge a platform fee on transactions, which varies based on Provider membership tier.

7. Limitation of Liability

Barn & Bay is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the actions of Providers or Guests. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any storage services listed on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Ventures Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
