Once you complete a booking, you'll receive a confirmation email containing all the essential details about your storage arrangement.
What's included
- Booking reference number (format: BB-XXXXX)
- Provider name and contact details
- Storage location address
- Access instructions and codes
- Vehicle details you provided
- Booking dates and duration
- Payment summary and receipt
Keep your booking reference handy. You'll need it when contacting support or accessing certain sites.
Accessing your confirmation
Can't find your email? Log in to your dashboard and view all booking details under 'My Bookings'. You can also download a PDF confirmation from there.
Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive a confirmation email
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, verify your email address in account settings and contact support.
The details in my confirmation are wrong
Contact the provider immediately through the messaging system to correct any errors.
