Payout schedule
Payouts are processed weekly on Wednesdays for all bookings where payment was received by the previous Friday.
Payout methods
- Bank transfer (UK accounts only)
- Stripe Connect (for international providers)

Guest pays
Payment is taken from the guest on their billing date.

Holding period
Funds are held for 2-3 days for fraud protection.

Your earnings are added to the next payout batch.

Transfer initiated
Money leaves our account on Wednesday.

Expect funds within 1-3 working days.
Your first payout may take up to 14 days while we verify your account details.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my payout less than expected?
The 15% service fee and any VAT are deducted before payout.
Can I get paid monthly instead?
Currently, we only support weekly payouts to ensure you receive funds promptly.
