Managing payment reminders

Stay on top of your payments with customisable reminder notifications.

Setting up reminders

By default, you'll receive a reminder 3 days before each payment is due. You can customise this in your notification settings.

   Open account settings

   Navigate to Account > Notifications.

   Find payment reminders

   Locate the 'Payment reminders' section.

   Choose your preferences

   Set when you'd like to be reminded: 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days before.

   Select channels

   Choose email, SMS, or both for reminders.
