Downloading your data

You have the right to download all the data we hold about you.

   Go to privacy settings

   Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy & Data.

   Request data export

   Click 'Download my data'.

   Confirm your identity

   You'll need to enter your password for security.

4. 4

   Wait for preparation

   We'll prepare your data export, usually within 24 hours.

   Download

   You'll receive an email with a secure link to download your data.
