Before closing
- Complete or cancel any active bookings
- Withdraw any remaining payout balance (providers)
- Download your data if needed
- Consider deactivating instead of deleting

Go to account settings
Navigate to Account Settings > Privacy & Data.

Select 'Close account'
Click the 'Close my account' button.

Confirm your decision
Enter your password and confirm you want to proceed.

Account scheduled for deletion
Your account will be deleted after 30 days.
This is permanent
After 30 days, your data cannot be recovered. Reviews you've left will remain but be anonymised.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reactivate after closing?
Within 30 days, contact support to cancel the deletion. After that, you'll need to create a new account.
What happens to my reviews?
Reviews are anonymised but remain visible to maintain platform integrity.
